Introduction
Daniel knows that to deliver real results, we must fix the way Albany runs. That's why he's running a different kind of race. He's not taking money from corporations, PACs or Albany lobbyists. He pledges to be a full-time legislator. And he supports reasonable term limits for State Legislators, because too many treat elected office as an entitlement.Daniel will be free from special interests and accountable to us, so he'll be able to tackle our greatest challenges.
For over 100 years, since before Daniel's grandfather came through Ellis Island and settled on Ludlow Street, New York has been a city of diverse neighborhoods, in which immigrants, working people, middle-class families and the most fortunate have all had a unique opportunity to capture a piece of the American dream. Daniel believes that our strength in the next century must be built on the same foundation as our success in the last century - neighborhoods full of a vibrant mix of new immigrants and long-time New Yorkers, in every possible walk of life, making their lives in strong communities all over our city.
Please read about the issues and join Daniel's campaign for State Senate. Together, we can bring meaningful change to Albany and get real results on the challenges we face here at home.

Affordability
Daniel knows that New York's historically aggressive affordable housing policy - from rent stabilization and Mitchell-Lama, to 421a and J51, to public housing developments and the Section 8 program - has been a big part of of our strength through last decades; he will fight to make sure that affordable housing is safeguarded to keep our city vibrant for generations still to come.

Public Schools
